1. Check if there are any debris and dust on the operation box, operation console, electric control cabinet, etc. of the tempering furnace, and clean it up;
2. Check whether the electrical control cabinet doors of the tempering furnace are closed and reliable;
3. Check whether the buttons and switches on each operation cabinet, station, screen door are intact and the installation is reliable;
4. Check whether the indicating instruments on the door of each operation cabinet and operation console are in good condition and whether the indication is normal;
5. Check whether the indicator lights (including the alarm bell) on the door of each operation cabinet and operation console are in good condition and whether the indication is normal;
6. Check whether the foot switch of the test glass tempering furnace is flexible and reliable;
7. Check whether the emergency stop button function is reliable throughout the test;
8. Check whether all photoelectric switches and encoders of the test glass tempering furnace are loose or misaligned, and whether the working signal is normal;
9. Check whether the ventilation fan in the control cabinet works normally.
Check maintenance items weekly:
1. Wipe the surface of the photoelectric switch with lens paper once a week;
2. Check whether the control wiring (including the grounding wire) inside the cabinet has any abnormal phenomena such as looseness, falling off or short circuit;
3. Check whether the heating wire connection of the glass tempering furnace is loose, sticky or hot;
4. Check whether the action of each relay is sensitive, whether there is abnormal sound, and whether the contact is reliable or not;
5. Check whether the main switch is flexible and reliable.
6. Check whether the solenoid valves of the test glass tempering furnace are sensitive, reliable, and have no heat;
7. Clean the dust in each electrical cabinet and box with a vacuum cleaner;
8. Check whether the fan inside the inverter of the tempering furnace works normally and remove the dust from the air inlet.
